The American Marine Towing And Salvage Association, Inc. was formed to 

1. To protect and promote the rights and interests of the members of the Association (the “Members”).
2. To safeguard and enhance the Members’ business interests and the equity in their Franchises.
3. To provide access to free and open communication amongst the Members. 
4. Provide tools and resources to promote and strengthen business operation.
